The online program requires a commitment of 30 minutes per week for 12 weeks. That’s how long it takes to create a habit!
This includes watching videos, reading documents, and completing activities. Everything can be done seamlessly between meetings or while sipping your morning coffee!
Each week, participants can complete activities at a time that’s best for them, totalling an investment of only 30 minutes per week.
