Today starts the 2nd edition of Human Resources Week, which is organized by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. This week aims to acknowledge the four million workers who strive for the success of Quebec businesses. Quebec organizations are invited to take various steps to highlight the work of their employees. It is this week, on Wednesday April 20th, that the official recognition day will take place. As you can imagine, we were not going to miss out on this opportunity! Recognition, that’s our thing: that’s what we help our clients to build, that’s what we experience every day with our employees, our suppliers and our partners.

Recognition, that’s Altrum!

And so, it is my pleasure to announce that we are officially taking part in the HR Week and that we’ll be putting forward an activity that is quite simple, but which mirror’s Altrum’s very essence! We’ve created a poster that honors each one of our employees and we’ll reveal, day after day, recognitions that go out to 4 of our employees. We’ll add here daily, the image of the day:
