A study by the University of Minnesota explains the different behaviors and values ​​of four generations in the workplace: the traditional generation, Baby boomers, Generation X, and Generation Y. Each has their own expectations and attitudes but despite these differences, they all share the same reasons for being happy at work: feeling valued (85%) and recognition and appreciation (74%).
